Based in Mountain View, we are a team of passionate AI researchers, engineers, and advertising veterans. Join us in reinventing the advertising industry with AI.

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join our founding go-to-market team and help scale our revenue engine.

Your Role

As a Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of high-performing Account Executives and SDRs. You’ll own daily execution, coaching, and pipeline growth while shaping the systems that support our next stage of scale. This is a player-coach role: you’ll actively support deals and roll up your sleeves where needed.

What You’ll Do
  • Team Leadership

    • Manage and mentor a team of 2-5 Account Executives across SMB and Mid-Market segments

    • Lead daily stand-ups, pipeline reviews, and performance check-ins

    • Drive accountability, skill development, and culture of high performance

  • Sales Execution

    • Help team structure and close deals, especially high-priority prospects

    • Review CRM hygiene and ensure accurate forecasting

    • Identify and remove blockers across the sales funnel

  • Process & Enablement

    • Refine outbound and inbound sales playbooks alongside leadership

    • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality and conversion strategy

    • Feed insights to product on customer needs, objections, and trends

  • Reporting & Optimization

    • Monitor individual and team KPIs (quota attainment, velocity, ACV, win rate)

    • Identify underperformance and implement corrective actions swiftly

    • Recommend tools, workflows, or training that improve win rates

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with at least 1–2 years in a people management or team lead role

  • Proven track record selling technical products (ACV $1K–$100K+) and navigating complex deals.

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads). You know how to speak to ROAS, creative testing, and media buying metrics.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills; strong CRM hygiene.

  • Strong coaching mentality; experienced in motivating early-career AEs.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity startup environment.

  • Bonus: experience in performance marketing, creative tech, or GenAI tools, or selling to DTC brands, agencies, or mobile gaming teams.

Why Join Us
  • Work closely with the founding team and directly influence our go-to-market motion

  • Competitive salary, uncapped commissions, and meaningful equity

  • Full health, dental, and vision benefits

  • Remote-first team with a strong culture of execution and transparency

  • Be part of a product changing the future of creative and performance marketing

We are an equal opportunity employer and highly value diversity at our company. We do not discriminate based on race, religion, color, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status, veteran status, or disability status.
