As a Sales Operations Manager, you will drive process improvements and enhance the efficiency of our sales team. This role will focus on bottom-of-the-funnel sales activities, you will be managing strategic projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution to meet organizational goals.


Responsibilities
  • Own and optimize sales processes for late-stage deals, ensuring smooth transitions from POC to close.
  • Lead strategic, organizational, and operational projects
  • Partner closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Engineers, CS, Finance, and Legal to improve deal execution and ensure alignment.
  • Optimize and maintain Salesforce, Design and implement new processes. Recommend improvements and oversee the rollout of new processes.
  • Work closely with Finance to align revenue data, ensure our numbers match, and support all quote-to-cash processes.
  • Support and find solutions for non-standard deal structures, and international sales complexities.
  • Oversee the rollout and adoption of new sales tools and operational best practices.
  • Work closely with sales reps and support them with technical questions. Guide them on best practices and ensure they are fully equipped to execute deals efficiently.

Requirements
  • 4 years of experience as a sales operations manager, preferably within the Saas industry
  • Advanced proficiency (power-user or admin): Salesforce 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of process improvement. 
  • Knowledge working with Salesforce, Clari, Zoominfo, Gong, LinkedIn is preferred 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly. 
  • Self-motivated, autonomous, and a strong team player. 
  • Proven experience in implementing new sales tools and applications
