Real Estate Partnerships Team

We are seeking an Account Executive experienced in Real Estate Sales, Outside Sales or Business Development to join the Zeus Team in SF.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive new unique home acquisitions in your territory to exceed Zeus' new business targets
  • Grow and develop existing owner portfolios to maximize lifetime value of Zeus’ Homeowner clients
  • Build and manage territory list built by SDR/BDR team and prioritize accounts to meet Zeus’ objectives around revenue and margin by growing our unit count.
  • Manage the sales funnel by analyzing and controlling pipeline activity in Salesforce and monitoring sales activity against assigned quotas
  • Work closely with SDR and BDR team to build qualification feedback loop as well as senior stakeholders via phone, email and in-person at each point of the sales cycle to ensure deals are brought to completion.
  • Consistently exceed quota by working qualified leads from the SDR/BDR team, negotiating pricing and contract and signing new business in the form of owner leases.
  • Build and defend Zeus’ business value throughout the selling hassle free property management and guaranteed income to unique homeowners in your assigned territories.
  • Master the legal meaning and implications of our owner contract to consult owners through the partnership process
  • Master our pricing rubrics and build consistent feedback loop with the pricing team to drive more sales.
  • Collaborate closely with our home onboarding team and home renovations team to further build out unique homes opportunities.
  • Share feedback from the field to drive new offerings and the evolution of the Zeus product/experience.

What We're Looking For:

  • 4-6 years selling in a SMB or Real Estate environment with the responsibility for self-generated leads and territory management. [SDR/BDR experience a plus]
  • 2-3 years of experience selling real estate or leasing sales preferred
  • Experience selling into SMBs and managing the sales process
  • Preferred history of hitting and exceeding sales quotas
  • Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offering and industry trends
  • The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities with existing owners
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process
  • Strong time management skills
  • Advanced computer skills, especially MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Google Suite, Sales Tools and Salesforce; knowledge of Slack, Front, Notion and other in-app tools is a bonus.
  • Strong relationship building and referral skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a startup environment
  • Ability to travel within your region for viewings and meetings with owners if needed
