Molekule is looking for an Account Executive to call on the Enterprise Channel to drive sales of Molekule’s air purification devices to businesses, schools, Medical offices, and office workspaces. The goal of this position is to acquire new business and grow Molekule’s current B2B customers. It is an exciting time to join the Molekule team with the recent launches of our FDA certified Air Pro RX, Air Mini and Air Mini+ and the addition of the Air Pro for larger spaces up to 1000 sq. ft. to our line-up we offer air purification solutions for all types of clients as we continue to scale and expand our Enterprise customer base. What you will work on:

  • Selling Molekule Consumer and Commercial devices and services to new and existing Enterprise customers in your designated vertical or territory. 
  • Experience in selling to Gov/Ed, Corporate Office/HQ and Medical verticals is extremely helpful.
  • Uncovering new business opportunities and building creative/innovative ways to partner with all types of customers across the Enterprise Channel including Gov/Ed, Medical and Hospitality segments will be key to your success.
  • You will serve as a key business partner to your clients in the field and develop and maintain strong relationships with them over time.
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing sales and future opportunities with the Director of Commercial Strategy & Sales/Execution on a routine basis.
  • Provide insights and make recommendations for sales & marketing plans, to drive brand awareness, product knowledge and industry adoption
  • Developing relationships with key players in the channel through regular outreach & conversation, meetings, participation in conferences
  • Determining product and pricing, goals and the product usage of specific customers by meeting with and asking in-depth questions of key stakeholders
  • Support Molekule GTM planning with key insights, strategic thinking and vision for expansion across the B2B landscape.
  • Forecasting, monitoring, closing and providing post-sales support of all territory business.
  • Responding to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel (e.g. engineering, fiance and/or marketing) to develop optimal solutions.
  • Planning, prioritizing, monitoring, and tracking all sales cycle events utilizing NetSuite.
  • Monitoring and updating individual forecasted sales data on a regular basis with focus on accuracy.
  • Meeting individual order and sales targets as provided by Management.
  • Attend and represent Molekule at industry trade-shows, other networking/community events

What you will bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of related business experience
  • 5+ years demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets in an Enterprise/B2B sales environment. Experience selling electronics hardware a plus. 
  • Previous Enterprise sales experience in Gov/Ed, Medical, Hospitality or HVAC industries a definite plus.
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and a drive and to move deals forward and achieve success. 
  • Must possess the ability to create strategic selling business plans for all of your customer opportunities and work with all departments across the Molekule organization to achieve success including Finance, Operations, Product Development, Marketing and Customer Service.
  • Ability to work well with the team to hit both individual and team oriented sales goals. 
  • Enhance teamwork within the territory and maintain a collaborative relationship with all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, presentation, communication and listening skills.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to high growth market environments.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office/Google Suite. Familiarity with ZenDesk Sell and Netsuite, ZoomInfo a plus. 
  • Ownership. You demonstrate the ability to take initiative, problem solve and hold yourself accountable for your work.
