About the Job:
As a Mid Market Account Executive and a valued member of the KeepTruckin sales team, you have an amazing opportunity to shape the way we sell our products. This is a heavy acquisition sales role, that will require you to use your competitive mindset and natural hunter/sales instinct.
Responsibilities:
- Strong ownership attitude -- you will own the end-to-end sale from prospecting, to demoing, to closing
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to the product and engineering team
- Achieve all individual activity and revenue targets set by the company
- Log sales activity (prospecting, opportunities, revenue, next steps)
- Travel at a minimum of 10-15%, to meet prospects and customers face-to-face
- Ability to converse in a professional and knowledgeable manner on various industry topics
- Highly developed organizational, planning and management skills
- Strong detail orientation with numbers, account close plans, follow through and contract details
- Active listening skills with ability to build trust and establish rapport
Qualifications:
- Can speak to new acquisition metrics held in previous roles: ex: Presidents Club, 100% quota attainment
- 3+ years of direct sales experience in B2B Saas
- Experience selling into transportation, logistics, compliance and or safety a plus
- Experience developing new business relationships with midsize businesses
- A true “hunter” mentality who strives for the close
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to convey and relate ideas to others
- Strong technical aptitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with ever changing processes
- Win As a Team mentality with a positive attitude
- Coach-ability, are you receptive to feedback, have a willingness to learn, and embrace continuous improvement
