The Publisher Organization is a lean startup-like team within Quantcast focused on developing and delivering products that meet the needs of digital publishers seeking to thrive in an increasingly complex ecosystem. We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who will drive adoption, retention and renewals of our suite of paid Measure products.

You likely have experience as a client-facing account manager, customer success or account strategy background, preferably in Ad Tech. It is important to have a strong technical aptitude and curiosity, and a deep understanding of analytics and the role of audience data in cross-platform, publisher and digital media sales and operations. You have a demonstrated track record of building strategic relationships with clients and growing business.

Responsibilities

  • Grow and renew existing publisher accounts utilizing Q for Publisher (Q4P) suite (retention, upsell & cross-sell)
  • Consult with customers to uncover their needs and align Q4P products to meet their business needs and goals
  • Work with clients and internal sales engineers to define technical requirements that will ensure successful integration and overall business value for our customers
  • Onboard new customers and continuously work to drive value to customers through product trainings, workshops, office hours, and quarterly business reviews
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, ensuring alignment on account plans, trainings, and support needs
  • Monitor product usage and work to increase adoption and “stickiness” of Q4P suite
  • Develop opportunities for expansion within each client; upsell and cross-sell across multiple LOB’s
  • Act as the voice of the publisher internally; work very closely with product management, product marketing, engineering and other departments to influence product roadmap and positioning as it relates to client needs

Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management, sales or strategic account management experience in digital advertising
  • Strong grasp of the overall digital advertising landscape; knowledge of analytics/measurement tools and publisher ad stacks; strong familiarity with GDPR
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams
  • Adaptable, intellectually curious, and an inherent problem solver. Seeks to understand process, procedures, and techniques.
  • Strong experience working with data, analytics, publishers and/or ad tech platforms.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic familiarity with JavaScript, HTML
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, particularly in conveying technical concepts in a way that is easy for clients and non-technical partners to understand
  • Extremely strong attention to detail, ability to QA own work, and passionate about being organized
  • Strong customer service attitude including interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities
