We are rapidly growing our Sales organization. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in achieving our sales revenue objectives. You will work closely with Account Executives as a key point person for sales communication and ad executions. The ideal candidate is a true team player and problem solver with strong interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Create comprehensive, strategic media plans and decks for proposals and sales calls that are accurate and meet client’s objectives
  • Lead kickoff calls to determine appropriate paperwork, specs, and asset delivery to ensure timely campaign starts
  • Participate in client meetings when needed
  • Keep Account Executives apprised of all key issues, updated and relevant data throughout the campaign process
  • Work with the Ad Analytics and Ad Operations to monitor changes in key metrics, analyze performance trends and deliver ongoing optimization ideas 
  • Work with Ad Operations to troubleshoot live campaigns
  • Craft campaign wrap-up reports that highlight noteworthy trends, meaningful results, and client metrics
  • Assist in pre-sale pipeline management, reporting, and opportunity accuracy in CRM system
  • Research and present competitive intelligence to the Sales team 

Required Qualifications

  • 2 – 3 years of experience working in the digital media space, ideally for a premium publisher, agency or large brand advertiser
  • Familiar with media sales both direct and programmatic
  • Creative problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly motivated
  • Energetic, customer-focused self-starter with a positive “can-do” attitude
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and thrive under pressure-filled situations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
  • An eye for design and knowledge of Adobe Photoshop is a plus
