Mission
To own and grow account management program for SMB and Mid-Market B2B accounts. This person will be responsible for the onboarding of new SMB/MM accounts, managing the relationship and relaying product and experience feedback to the wider B2B team. This person knows how to manage partner relationships, interpret their performance metrics, and come up with creative solutions to address their concerns. This person is a self-starter; willing to dig into the details and work with the account management team to build a best-in-class account management program. Top candidates have experience in B2B whether that is in customer support, success, or account management. Preferable 1+ year of account management with 2+ additional years in sales, support, or success.
The Ideal Candidate
- Has 3+ years combined of account management, customer success, or similar role
- Has a wellness background - benefits is a plus!
- Thrives in a rapidly changing environment and enjoys getting hands dirty
- A team player who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment with technical and non-technical teams
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and through email
- Has small- to mid-size SaaS company experience
- Experience with CRM and Account Management Tools
Outcomes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners’ executive, HR and operational teams while being their internal advocate
- Gain a deep understanding of our partners’ wellness goals and turn data into compelling stories and actionable insights to help them succeed
- Lead and perform quarterly business reviews with customers to drive renewals and partnership expansions
- Become a Calm expert and share best wellness practices with partners
- Provide regular feedback to internal cross-functional teams to inform our product development

- Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and a “roll-up the sleeves” approach to accomplish all necessary tasks
- A self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to handle various tasks at once and the ability to work as part of a team
- Strong communication skills in person, on the phone and through email
- “Get it done now” attitude
- Familiar with Salesforce and Salesforce best practices
- Comfortable running filter based reports, analyzing data in analytic engines
- Experience with SQL, Jira, and Tableau is a plus
