General Purpose:
The Account Manager is responsible for all aspects of online sales focused on Amazon business with primary duties including but not limited to
- Serve as a liaison between teams and retail partner regarding day to day operation issues, requests and questions
- Drive revenue and sales of peripherals, components, elgato, memory and systems products
- Focus on increasing traffic through AMS tools and merchandising promotions
- Manage channel conflict in the etail channel and developing a clear and actionable de-escalation process
- Competitor research regarding pricing and sales strategies
- Understand and utilize all tools available such as Vendor Central and Stackline to review and analyze sales, web metrics and identify area of opportunities
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Inventory management
- Budgeting marketing spend to align on revenue and inventory goals
- Communicating sales progress internally
- Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet Corsair’s core values
The position will report to the Sr. Etail Sales Manager.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3+ years of industry experience preferably with Amazon.com or National Retail
- Knowledge of digital marketing functions beyond merchandising including marketing and analytics
- Strong analytical and data manipulation skills. Expert command of spreadsheets is essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Time management and independent prioritization will be essential
- Comfortable with ambiguity, problem solver
- Quantitative and a curious mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Experience with project management
