About the role

Our ADR team holds a strategic position at the top of the funnel for the entire company and is the talent pipeline that feeds our Global Inbound & Outbound Sales organization. We are looking for a passionate manager to lead this ADR team to achieve its pipeline growth goals and help drive the career growth of each team member.

We are looking for an Inbound ADR Manager to lead a team of Inbound ADRs. The team is focused on educating and evangelizing the Envoy mission to companies all over the world. As a member of the Inbound ADR team, you will help refine our strategy to attract even more customers. This role will be part of the Envoy sales organization where our goal is to be the most innovative, efficient, and effective customer team B2B has ever seen. Envoy is a rapidly expanding business, and there are many opportunities for career progression and advancement.

You will

  • Be a strong coach, have the ability to put the team first, solve problems, work well under pressure.
  • Motivate ADR’s to exceed goals through coaching.
  • Develop key performance metrics and dashboards that help the ADR focus on maximizing performance.
  • Provide clear visibility on pipeline performance by accurately managing team metrics and providing monthly forecasts on pipeline generation
  • Maintain industry-leading SLA’s for lead response time
  • Work with marketing leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation
  • Maintain and optimize ADR technology stack.
  • Work with Marketing, Product, Growth, and Customer Success to create the best customer experience in the early stages of funnel that you manage
  • Look for ways to improve our inbound lead management process
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product and processes

You have

  • 4+ years sales experience
  • 1+ years managing teams selling software to global audiences
  • Experience managing teams that engage with various levels (including executives) executives to source both fast moving transactional deals as well as longer term strategic enterprise deals
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of SFDC
  • Ability to train, coach and mentor sales development reps
