The role:


The Agent Success - Associate, will be responsible for effectively managing our partnerships with real estate agents. Our partnerships with real estate agents and brokers have proven to be a critical customer acquisition channel for Divvy and we are looking for hardworking Account Executives to support and convert real estate agents into Divvy experts. You will be joining a passionate, motivated group of people on the growing Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Sales team, working together to determine how we can best serve our partners’ needs with exceptional support and creative marketing strategies to build our brand and network. We are looking for a top performer who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, roll up their sleeves and get the job done.


Disclaimer: This is not your standard Agent Success - Associate role and we are not looking for someone who enjoys a traditional day-to-day routine, rather, a curious collaborator who wants to fundamentally change the real estate industry and make an uncommon impact!


What you’ll do:


-Own the agent relationships with an end-goal of agent success, growth and retention

-Collaborate within the Partnerships and Sales and Marketing teams through different engagement -strategies, with the ultimate goal of driving customer acquisition

-Learn how to strategically manage, maintain and grow agent relationships

-Educate agents on Divvy’s process and how to effectively generate and convert leads

-Provide support and guidance to ensure the agents’ success with the program-Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product, and engineering teams

-Are accountable for the number of people you successfully engaged as converted by the emails, calls, and conversations you start

You communicate clearly and you listen carefully. You can explain just about anything to anyone, and you’re capable of successfully providing information in person, through writing on the phone and virtual meetings.


We think you’ll be great for this role if you're:


- At least 1-2 years in a client-facing role within marketing or sales

- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills

- Self-starter with the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

- Capacity to learn and apply new technologies quickly

- Exceptional problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail

- Real estate experience is a plus! An energetic, driven, fun and generally awesome personality!
