The Curriculum (Your Role):

Seesaw has seen a significant increase in inbound interest in our products and services. The Partnerships (Associate Account Executive) will spend a majority of their time managing and responding to inbound sales requests via emails, calls, and other contact channels. In addition the Partnerships (Associate Account Executive) will be responsible for running customer demos and managing a large pipeline of small to medium size accounts.

The Partnerships (Associate Account Executive) position is an excellent opportunity to dive directly into sales and collaborate with our team of sales reps who have an extraordinary amount of empathy for our customers. You’ll have frequent opportunities to collaborate with our sales team while avoiding a competitive environment.

Subject Matter (Your Responsibilities):

  • Develop empathy for our customers by responding to questions about our paid product Seesaw for Schools
  • Provide excellent customer service to our customers through expert level knowledge of Seesaw and the various value that can be provided at every tier
  • Effectively utilize sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Dialpad and Gong 
  • Manage a pipeline of prospective customers 
  • Hit outlined sales targets and various sales expectations

Prerequisites (The Requirements):

  • 1+ years in a customer facing sales environment or equivalent experience
  • Empathy for educators or a broad understanding of how schools and people in them operate
  • Fantastic written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong listening skills to fully understand and address customers’ questions - as well as the vision or concerns behind those questions
  • Friendly, empathetic, and a genuine appreciation for connecting with people
  • Comfortable with technology, and a love of learning new tools and processes
  • Extremely detail oriented and well organized; obsessive about not letting things slip through the cracks
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
