Molekule is looking for a B2B Sales Development Representative to drive leads and generate sales of Molekule’s air purification products into the Enterprise and SMB channel. The goal of this position is to help generate and manage new incoming business leads and expand Molekule’s presence with our current B2B customers. With the recent FDA certifications of our Air Pro Rx, Air Mini and Air Mini+, combined with our recent launch of the Air Pro, it’s an exciting time to join the Molekule B2B Sales team. What you will do:

  • Help drive Molekule’s top-of-funnel lead qualification process (inbound and outbound) - by initiating contact with potential customers via cold-calls as well as by responding to inbound inquiries for information on Molekule products.
  • Your role will be to help promote and market Molekule B2B products through extensive lead generation activities including emails, extensive cold calling and communication(s) to prospective clients utilizing 3rd party tools, trade associations and industry events to help drive top-of-funnel sales leads for Molekule’s B2B Sales Team. 
  • You will work in tandem with a Molekule Enterprise Account Executive and you will be pivotal in researching prospective customers and working to set-up calls & appointments for potential customers to introduce them to Molekule and the benefits of clean air for their business.
  • Create and cultivate on-going relationships with B2B customers you identify and develop to drive on-going sales. 
  • Maintain all contacts/opportunities and record all progress in Zendesk Sell. 
  • Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings and solutions to provide product information (via email, phone, zoom, webinar) to support purchase decision-makers
  • Maintain alignment with sales and marketing teams specific to strategic sales approach, KPI’s and goals. 
  • Identify key decision makers, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycles.
  • Help as needed to build awareness on special projects / events including webinars and live seminars, set meetings for conferences (Virtual to start/in-person someday).

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of being progressively responsible for inside sales, lead generation/direct marketing execution including customer contact, validation and meeting scheduling.
  • Experience helping customers through all stages of the sales process including after sales contact for any customer service questions that arise. 
  • Proven track record of success in hitting goals for both customer acquisition as well as sales revenue. 
  • To succeed in this role you must be comfortable communicating with potential customers via both phone and email. You must also be well versed in overcoming objections by demonstrating strong articulation of a key product selling points and possessing an ability to think quickly to address a potential customer's concerns. 
  • Ability to assist in coordinating sales functions including prospecting and leads research
  • Previous experience in selling hardware devices is helpful.
  • Positive attitude and demonstrated ability to deal with rejection
  • Strong oral and written communication skills along with excellent listening skills are a must to succeed in this position.
  • Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships is vital. You will be part of a team and will need to be able to work well with others.
  • Must be self-motivated, persistent, and able to work independently
  • Proven ability to speaking and engaging with customers with confidence
