BDR Manager

The right candidate will be an agent of change that comes equipped with either an appetite for experimentation, iteration and execution OR someone that has the playbook down and understands how to apply the best practices of the most successful and innovative outbound/inbound teams to our business.
The ideal candidate must understand how to scale a business through identifying the correct people to join the team and nurturing them to success. Building the team's process, tech stack, daily measurement and cadence coaching will be critical to the success of the team and for complementing our dynamic culture.

Reporting into Pete Sheldon (VP of Sales), this position is located at Domino Data Lab’s headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, motivate and develop team members to deliver on Domino Data Lab’s monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals
- Provide onboarding and continuous training for the BDRs to help them meet their individual goals
- Contribute creative ideas and best practices to help the organization’s goal to be best‐in‐class
- Identify, interview, and hire sales talent and continually “raise the bar” with each new hire
- Create and manage skills development and coaching content
- Think outside of the bottom of the funnel and understand how to personalize messages and use thought leadership messaging to drive engagement
- Create business development resources including call scripts and prospecting emails to ensure consistent and effective messaging
- Working cross-functionally with marketing to drive methodology
Qualifications
- Dynamic, high‐energy sales professional with 2‐4 years of experience
- 2+ years of experience as a BDR Manager in Enterprise Software
- Have a proven record of consistently performing above quota in a sales environment
- Have experience with the following: Salesforce, PowerPoint, Excel, email/call automation platforms (Ex. Salesloft, Outreach.io, Sales Navigator, etc.)
- Successful experience in managing a team in a fast paced, goal-oriented environment is preferred!
- Hardworking, self-starter with ability to coach and motivate a team
- Passionate about technology
- Great at teamwork and communication
