Business Development Representative Manager
Sensor Tower is looking for a BDR Manager to help build on our lead generation function. You will be responsible for building the sales pipeline through scaling inbound qualification & outbound cadences. You will implement the appropriate tech stack and best practices to support our lead generation engine while acting as a coach & mentor to our growing and expanding team of BDRs.
Report to: Chief Sales Officer
Responsibilities
- Build out our BDR team: attracting, hiring, mentoring, managing this new team from the ground up
- Work closely with Marketing & Sales to ensure we’re expanding our pipeline while maintaining consistent and accurate messaging
- Implement the latest BDR tech stack to bring efficiencies to our BDR teamBuild out, coach, and test , strategies to support our outbound approach (including ABM)
- Identify and make recommendations for improvements in process, efficiency and productivity
- Work with Sales Ops to ensure proper lead routing & optimizing lead coverage and reporting
Requirements
- BA/BS University degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience leading a BDR team at a leading SAAS business
- 2+ years of experience as a successful BDR
- Experience building out a BDR/SDR functionPassion for sales training, motivating and coaching in a high-growth environment
- Great team player and a strong aptitude to master technical products
- Strong analytical, communication and writing skillsEntrepreneurial spirit highly encouraged
- Enjoy working in small, fast-paced teams where you can take initiative and accountability, and generate results every day
- Experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with SaaS sales and a thorough understanding of the mobile app ecosystem is a huge plus
