We have the following exciting opportunity within the WishX team for a business operations individual who will be focusing on supporting our sales team in a new line of business for our fast growing e-commerce platform. The ideal candidates will have experience in manipulating data via Excel for eCommerce Operations and be ready to work in an entrepreneurial & creative environment. Wish is seeking individuals who can work autonomously, with the ability to help build a business.
What You’ll Do:
Join as an early team member to help build out our sales processes and instill operational best practices
Take on a variety of strategic, analytical, and operational initiatives to drive growth for our business in partnership with Sales, Product, Finance, Operations, Marketing, etc.
Structure complex and ambiguous strategic problems
Identify issues, develop hypotheses, and execute in-depth analyses to translate data into actionable insights and make recommendations based on your findings
Perform ad hoc analyses, conducting research, and building reports and KPI dashboards for real-time monitoring of performance
Develop effective and scalable operational processes and fill operational gaps
A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience across consulting, investment banking, business operations, or business analytics; ideally with eCommerce industry or sales exposure
You are analytical and data-driven -- you can define KPIs and measure progress/success of your initiatives
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
Agile individual with the ability to work autonomously in a demanding and ambiguous environment; you want to work in a fast-paced environment with constant change
Ability to flex between analytical, strategic, and operational aspects of the job
Resourceful and happy to roll up your sleeves to get any job done
Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
Superior Excel / Sheets skills are a hard requirement (must know V-Lookups & Pivot tables); knowledge of SQL strongly preferred
Knowledge in Salesforce/ Marketing Cloud structure and reporting is a plus
