Business Systems Manager - Salesforce (US- Remote)

The Business Systems Manager with an agile and data-driven mindset is responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of Salesforce based solutions and technologies - Salesforce.com products and APIs, Sales, Service, Pardot & Einstein Analytics, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, Communities, Systems Integrations.
Through the use of user flow diagrams, design documentation and best-practice methodologies, you will be responsible for the detailed design of Salesforce related projects from inception through production support.

What you’ll do
- Identify and implement solutions that will leverage SFDC capabilities to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the organization scaling at a rapid pace
- Create Business requirements documents for Salesforce related project that also assess ROI based on time(efficiency gain) and budget(cost saving)
- Independently work with our internal business stakeholders as an ‘SME’ ’to properly understand, gather and evaluate the business requirements and design lightweight and scalable technical solutions options.
- Create and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce projects from discovery, planning, implementation, testing and deployment.
- Independently perform configuration and some customization in Salesforce platform as may be required.
- Closely work with the development team to perform code review, unit testing, quality assurance, identifying risks, gaps and walk through the solution with stakeholders
- Lead and manage onsite/offshore Salesforce development team/ ext. contractors
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development(apex, LWC, visualforce) and technical architecture and design of complex system solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in business analysis in gathering and analyzing data/information and designing scalable solutions
- 1+ years of experience of project management Hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot(or Marketo/Hubspot), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud . Community Cloud and Einstein Analytics.
- Implementation experience either with Salesforce CPQ or Conga CPQ(Formerly Apttus) or Zuora CPQ.
- 2+ years of experience in people management
- 1-2+ years of experience working in a SaaS based startup environment.
- Nice to have(optional) - 1+ years of experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams and strong understanding of revenues pipeline and Sales forecasting .
