Position Summary
Verkada seeks a high-energy Channel Sales Development Representative to assist with the on-boarding, growth, and development of Verkada reseller partners. As an early member of this fast-growing channel organization, your primary responsibility will be to develop and nurture relationships with potential strategic partners.
Responsibilities
- Qualify and convert a high volume of partner prospects into active partner accounts
- Engage and incentivize new partner representatives to bring Verkada new business through account mapping exercises
- Generate new partner meetings and opportunities for Channel Sales Managers
- Work collaboratively with Verkada Channel Sales Manager and the Channel Marketing team to identify key opportunities and remove potential obstacles
- Utilize Verkada systems such as SalesForce and sales enablement tools according to Verkada standards
- Provide insight and metrics on channel leads
- Become an expert in all-things Verkada
- Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B sales or account manager at the enterprise level
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Passionate, high energy, and you enjoy being challenged
- You are a self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast paced sales organization
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
