As a member of the Channel Sales Team, the Channel Operations Analyst - Leads will be responsible for supporting the lead management needs of our VAR Partners and the Channel Sales Team. The lead registration process is a strategic channel initiative and requires management in accordance with our Rules of Engagement. 

Lead Management:

  • Primary responsibility for the manual deduping of leads not approved by our automated processes
    • Approving / rejecting leads where appropriate as defined by our Rules of Engagement
    • Requesting / securing leads for partners wherever possible
    • Conflict resolution
  • Status reporting on lead approvals, pending approvals and other dispositions

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our VAR Partners, Channel Sales and Finance for efficient order processing and fulfillment
  • Audit and process orders for VAR program renewals
  • Audit orders for both new VAR customers and their subsequent renewals
  • Serve as the liaison between our VAR Partners and Finance for issues around customer self-provisioned add-ons, invoicing questions, and order changes.
  • Work with Finance on outstanding VAR Partner AR and payables
  • Work with Channel Team to resolve open operational issues
  • Work closely with Sales Operations Team to identify and resolve order processing issues
  • Assist with Channel Sales reporting and reconciliation
  • Work closely with Sales Operations and Partner Enablement Teams to ensure proper tools are in place to help partners understand the sales order process
  • Assist Partners in understanding sales order process
  • Support month and quarter end closes
  • Develop strong, positive relationships with Channel Partners, internal teams and customers
  • Assist with SFDC re-assignments associated with Channel Executive / Partner changes
  • Work with Sage Intacct Partner Services to facilitate NPS surveys
  • Maintain VAR partner contact records in SFDC
  • Special projects as determined by the VP Channel Sales

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field preferred
  • 0-2 years of experience in channel sales, sales operations, order management, business operations - preferred
  • Experience working with Channel Partners - preferred
  • Prior experience working for a cloud business software application company is highly desired
  • Prior experience with CRM systems; Salesforce is highly desired
  • Strong leadership, analytical, reporting and technical skills
  • Ability to work independently and cross functionally
  • Strong interpersonal and exceptional problem-solving skills
