About the Role

Lattice is looking for a creative and driven individual to join the Communications team. You’ll be focused on building our external presence through brand, product, and customer storytelling, as well as work on critical foundational work across the marketing team. Example projects will include external brand positioning and content writing, partnering with a press agency.

This role will have an important role to play in building Lattice’s external brand. Ideal candidates are excited by working in an environment without a set playbook and having the ability to be creative and experiment.

We’re looking for someone to do:

• Spot emerging topics and create proactive plans with internal stakeholders, including crafting communications as needed.
• Develop Communications and brand content for key initiatives and activities
• Collaborate across Lattice’s Marketing team functions to complete projects

Who you are

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a role that required high attention to detail, clear and tailored writing, and the ability to balance multiple deadlines at once
• An independent thinker and self-starter
• Detail-oriented with the ability to oversee projects to completion
• Passionate about clear communication and motivated by the clarity with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail)

• Strong track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrates creative thinking and initiative with a willingness to take risks
