The Role

The Corporate Sales Account Coordinator position is an integral piece of the Corporate Sales team. You would enjoy interacting with corporate partners, working closely with the Account Management team, and coordinating and building out execution processes for all the details surrounding the corporate booking process. A fair amount of time will be spent on cross-team coordination and creative problem solving to proactively provide flawless customer service to our partners. 

This position is based out of our Zeus San Francisco office. You will be responsible for perfecting the bookings process and creating scalable workflows. This role will report to the Account Management Team Lead. We provide top-notch health care, vacation, and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to partner and client inquiries via email and phone
  • Work closely with the Account Management team to support and execute on proactive coordination with all Partner companies
  • Iterate on ideas and feedback to provide excellent customer service for our partners
  • Communicate and creatively problem-solve with companies, residents, vendors, cleaners, and other Zeus employees and teams
  • Document product tech bugs and highlight potential process improvements
  • Assist Corporate Sales team with proactive outreach and coordination to ensure that our clients receive top notch service
  • Help our team scale build new processes

What We're Looking For

  • A highly motivated and “self-starter” individual who is organized and process-oriented
  • 1-3 Years of Account Coordinator Experience
  • Positive and optimistic attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong creative problem solving skills and ability to take full ownership of tasks
  • Fluency in using computer, web, and mobile phone apps
  • High level of attention to details and timelines
  • Well spoken and friendly when interacting with partners and peers
  • Strong curiosity for the problem Zeus is solving

Bonus

  • Interest and experience in operations or coordination roles
  • Interest and experience in working at a startup 
  • An interest in real estate
  • Experience working with tech products (Salesforce, Slack, Front, etc)
