Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years' experience with enterprise software application support
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Excellent customer-friendly verbal and written communication skills
  • Practical understanding of VoIP applications
  • TCP/IP Networking knowledge
  • Knowledge of PBX, IVR and other call center related technology
  • Familiarity with CRMs, such as Zendesk or Salesforce
  • Experience with Saas applications
  • Development experience in any language
  • Fluent in speaking and writing Spanish; able to support Mexico, LATAM, and South American customers

Responsibilities

As a member of the UJET Customer Success Engineer team, you will:

  • Work independently to identify, manage and resolve issues for UJET customers by understanding the technical and business impact
  • Collaborate with team members on UJET technologies and features
  • Successfully prioritize multiple open issues
  • Effectively communicate progress and status of escalated issues to internal and external stakeholders
  • Author new and edit existing technical articles
  • Be a member of the rotating on-call team.

All roles at UJET require compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and acceptance and adherence to all policies and standards within UJET. Personnel acknowledges they are personally responsible for reporting any suspected violations or abuse and are required to complete SDPC training and fulfill role-specific SDPC responsibilities.
