Job Description

A new opportunity to join our growing Customer Success team and take ownership of post sales relationships. You’ll ensure that our large enterprise customers realise business value through the deployment and adoption of our services. You’ll manage a portfolio of around 8-15 accounts, and build strong relationships to ensure that we regularly engage with our customers. 

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Delivering an introduction meeting with the customer and internal stakeholders to determine deployment milestones and high-level plan
  • Mitigate any challenges that may delay or stop deployment using internal resources
  • Build business reviews with score cards linked to the customers business objectives, and present these quarterly
  • Visit customers face to face on site, or remotely through web sessions

Qualifications

Ideally, You’ll Have:

  • Experience in a customer facing, service delivery oriented role within a networking or security technical environment
  • Excellent meeting management, presentation and communication skills, with the ability to confidently communicate at C-level
  • Consultative nature, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
  • An understanding of our technology and ability to translate to business language
