About the Role:

In this role, the Director, Channel Sales will grow a key set of partnerships, driving revenue, strategic alignment, creating mindshare for joint solutions, and accelerating pipeline of new business opportunities. The Director, Channel Sales will lead a team of channel salespeople that will drive revenue growth across all resellers and referral channels, including Fleet Management Companies, Telcos, Retail and Services partners. 

This role will report into the VP of Business Development and can sit anywhere in the United States as a remote option, or in any of our state of the art offices as well (San Francisco, Nashville, Chicago).

What You'll Do:

  • Build and drive joint business plan and execution with partners that include clearly defined go-to-market initiatives in support of executive sponsors and the partner(s). Key focus areas of the role include:
    • Develop and manage key executive relationships with strategic Channel partners
    • Build a clear, concise global channel strategy and business plan and establish a centralized and ongoing partner/alliance management process and governance
    • Bring the experience, keen intellectual and high emotional quotient to lead and develop a high-performing, experienced, diverse team
    • Own the partner experience and drive operational excellence for a positive partner experience and ease of doing business
    • Drive global partner management ensuring reporting and partner-based pipeline management
  • Create a strong culture of effective utilization of Global Channel partners by developing internal alignment within KeepTruckin of reselling and co-selling with Channel partners
  • Evangelize KeepTruckin to key stakeholders at all levels of the partner organization and represent the voice of the partner within KeepTruckin
  • Effectively leverage Partner Marketing and Partner Enablement to scale the Channel business
  • Be a key source of insight into Competitive and Partner landscape/strategy/news
  • Understand KeepTruckin capabilities/offerings and identify synergies where KeepTruckin and its partner(s) can bring additive value to customers and create new differentiated joint offerings

Who We're Looking For:

  • Total of 10+ years of experience in Channel Sales, Sales or Alliances leadership
  • Deep domain expertise around the Fleet Management and Telematics industry with knowledge and contacts that you can leverage to hit the ground running
  • Experience leading a senior team
  • Possess an outstanding track record of success in meeting and exceeding quota
  • A solid reputation as a thought leader and solid communicator of business value
