About the Role

You will own our Sales and Marketing operations and strategy efforts. You will partner with leaders in Sales and Marketing to oversee our go-to-market operations, processes, and workflows. You will work closely with our CRO and VP of Marketing on strategic decisions and closely monitor our reporting to ensure we are maximizing revenue with a smoothly and efficiently run go-to-market engine.

Organizationally, you will manage our team of Sales and Marketing Operations professionals as part of the Business Operations team, which also includes CX Operations and Analytics. Lattice is still in fast-growth, scrappy startup mode, so you’ll be called on to be a doer, as well as a manager, planner, and strategist.

Responsibilities

  • Lead our Sales Operations and Marketing Operations pods, managing a team and a roadmap that will allow us to drive excellence in our Revenue organization and to build toward our future go-to-market efforts
  • Partner with the CRO, VP of Marketing, and their teams to optimize our existing programs, as well as identify, implement and launch new strategic initiatives
  • With Finance and Sales leadership, oversee the formation and administration of sales territory and compensation strategies that will maximize productivity
  • With Finance and Marketing leadership, ensure that our Marketing programs are operating productively and efficiently
  • Oversee the operational aspects of campaign preparation and attribution
  • Oversee the buildout, enrichment, and assignment of our leads database
  • Work cross-functionally to develop a holistic sense of our revenue funnel from marketing through closed won
  • Oversee our revenue technology stack and the related workflows and processes, ensuring our existing processes are well-supported, and that we are building for the future

Qualifications

  • You have a well-rounded understanding of typical marketing and sales processes and team structures at SaaS companies
  • You have experience developing and communicating key metrics and success criteria across marketing and sales programs
  • You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives, hitting goals, and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • You have a proven track record of forming collaborative relationships with senior leadership while navigating competing priorities and managing expectations
  • You have implemented and managed sales compensation plans, territories, and quotas
  • You have the ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
  • You have experience overseeing or architecting an internal technology stack serving key stakeholder
  • You have 5+ years of management experience
  • You have 8+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, business operations, or a similar role
