We are searching for an exceptional, experienced leader to manage our Sales Development team. They will set team goals, motivate and develop team members, and work closely with sales and marketing leaders. This person needs to communicate effectively across multiple departments, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice, and enjoy the challenges of providing excellent customer service in a dynamic environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Recruit, train and develop a results-oriented SDR/BDR team with a focus on new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Develop and implement strategies that support overall Sales/Company priorities and key initiatives to support a rapidly growing sales team
  • Develop a highly scalable yet personal outbound outreach strategy for target prospects
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Demand Generation team to understand each campaign and deliver successful follow-up outreach
  • Forecast, evaluate, measure, and report on SDR effectiveness
  • Evaluate and implement new techniques, methodologies, and technologies to improve results
  • Evolve ongoing training and career development for SDRs
  • Instill a positive, fun, high energy environment where people love coming to work

What is required:

  • 4+ years of sales development leadership experience in SaaS, FinTech or E-Commerce targeting large enterprise
  • 10+ years of sales experience
  • Must have direct experience managing a team of SDR’s/BDR’s
  • Verifiable track record of consistently exceeding targets
  • Experience building and scaling a high functioning team in a rapidly growing company
  • Familiarity with key modern techniques and tools for lead generation including LinkedIn Navigator, 6Sense, Gong, etc.
  • High levels of self motivation, ownership, and adaptability
  • Desire to lead, coach and develop others with a passion for developing talent and coaching a team to success
  • Ability to accurately report on and project meaningful business outcomes including lead conversion to pipeline build and win rates

What would set you apart:

  • E-Commerce industry experience preferred
  • Success targeting VP and C-level executives
  • You have a passion for learning and leveraging state-of-the-art best practices and tools for lead generation
  • You like rolling up your sleeves and working with your team to improve processes, techniques and to help them up their game
  • Examples of innovative strategies previously implemented
  • Coach/mentor leadership style and career development of SDRs where many were promoted to sales roles
  • Experiences in a larger company that you can translate to Bolt as we grow
