We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and hungry Enterprise Corporate Sales Account Executive (ECS) to focus on the growth of our Enterprise segment. As an ECS, you will own, manage, negotiate and close high volume transactions in our existing base Enterprise accounts. Expansion is our number one priority at PagerDuty and you will need to liaise and collaborate with other Enterprise teams to coordinate strategy and collectively execute on account requirements. This role is a quota carrying role and the successful candidate will be responsible for successfully creating, developing and managing pipeline while accurately forecasting against your revenue targets. You will bring with you experience managing deal cycles through to close and a track record of exceeding revenue targets in a direct sales capacity. This is an incredible opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, has sold complex solutions, and can creatively consult with clients.
Your Day
- Developing relationships and champions across enterprise accounts to identify, develop and influence net new opportunities supporting our customers journey toward digital transformation
- Consistently meet and exceed sales revenue targets
- Ability to manage prospecting, pipeline hygiene, customer relationships and effective sales cycles through to close
- Utilize PagerDuty’s sales process methodology to manage your opportunities and forecasts
- Understanding stakeholder needs and effectively communicating how PagerDuty will meet them, isolating the right products for the right use cases
- Working in a team-selling environment
- Driving to 100% satisfaction with all customers
Required Skills/ Qualifications
- BS/BA Degree required
- Track Record of meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets
- Minimum 2 years of direct account management experience owning the entire sales cycle from start to finish
- Strong background in outbound prospecting
- Proven ability to quickly gain trust with internal & external senior leadership
- Highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
- Technically adept, understanding of software and how businesses use software
Desired Skills
- Has had direct exposure with Enterprise level accounts (CSM, BDR, SDR, AE)
- Has experience selling complex solutions to senior level executives
