At Algolia, we are passionate about helping developers & product teams connect their users with what matters most in milliseconds!

The Alliances Team @ Algolia is growing! We’ve seen great interest stem from technology partners looking to complement their offering by incorporating Algolia’s discovery capabilities. Our strategic partners including Magento (now part of Adobe) and Dynamic Yield have driven revenue on our behalf as they ultimately influence their customers to implement Algolia algonside their own offers.

With such momentum, we’re looking to hire a Strategic Technology Partnerships Executive to help build out our momentum in the commercial and enterprise accounts space by recruiting and managing alliances with large technology players like Microsoft, Google, and Salesforce.

This is a senior level position that requires a deep understanding of and appreciation for the way enterprise customers buy software and work in tandem with technology partners.

This person will have had experience in a domain outside of sales, preferably product management and/or marketing; account management; software marketing; and/or sales management.

You might for example help our partners organize customer events, train their sales team, organize and manage pipeline reviews, and help coach closed deals to execution (often coordinating between the partner and Algolia team).
  • Collaborate with other Algolia technical resources to enable partners, and work with customers who need development and consulting support to find the right match among our consulting partners, make introductions and ensure that the project runs smoothly.
  • Cultivate and grow technology partnerships with vendors such as personalization platforms and content management systems. You will ultimately unearth new business development opportunities and revenue generating deals with these partners. For instance, you might create and execute a business plan whereby Algolia and the partner target a specific number of accounts that will adopt our two solutions together.
