The Enterprise Sales / Account Executive will target Fortune 500 accounts and nurture relationships from discovery through launch.  Experience selling into chief human resource officers within the Fortune 500 is essential as this role will break new ground for Pathstream. 

We are seeking someone who has a natural passion for sales, curiosity about business models that support employee education and  expertise in developing and expanding corporate relationships in a diverse set of industries. 

You will report to the Vice President of Business Development and own your portfolio of target accounts. 

This is a full-time position based remotely.

We provide full-service support to our college partners including faculty training, 24/7 customer support, and increasingly valuable career and job placement support.

THE ROLE

You will develop your own book of business and work closely with prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique learning and development challenges and goals. You will work cross-functionally to share insights with internal product, learning and development and finance teams which will inform future product innovations. This is a role for a seasoned sales professional with strong in-person and phone closing skills. Your primary responsibility is to cultivate new business leads and turn them into newly signed new corporate clients.

About You

We are looking for someone with a proven record selling into chief human resource officers to help them meet their non-compensation benefits goals and/or learning and development goals. Experience selling into the Fortune 500 and cultivating new prospects is essential. Additionally, we are looking for an enthusiastic addition to our culture:
