POSITION SUMMARY

Harness is looking for an outstanding leader to run our sales, sales leadership and customer success enablement efforts. This role reports to the CRO and is responsible for developing and executing a strategy for onboarding and continuously educating our sales and CSM teams. The goal is to build the best sales and customer success execution in the industry. This requires constant enablement on new products, sales processes (Value Based Framework and MEDDPICC), presentation/communication skills, and coaching. This role will be directly partnering with the CRO, CMO, VP Filed Engineering, VP Operations and Strategy, and VP Customer Success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align the team around a strategy and processDesign and build onboarding, reinforcement, and leadership curriculum to support sales, CS, and leadership development.
  • This requires experience in the role, empathy and understanding of the business function.
  • Ensure that content and programs are instrumented so that we are making data-driven decisions and quantifying the impact of enablement
  • Deep understanding of inside sales, enterprise sales and field enablement strategies.

ABOUT YOU

  • Minimum of 8 years enablement or combination of direct selling experience required
  • Experience building and scaling onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
  • Sales methodology experience
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
