DroneDeploy is hiring a Head of Growth and Online Revenue who will have two-fold responsibility: driving growth across all revenue channels as well as optimizing our online revenue. The successful applicant will bring a mix of strategic market knowledge, pragmatic pricing tactics, and creativity to accelerate top-line growth. You will balance experimentation with a keen focus on hitting our numbers: 

Responsibilities:

  • Drive multi-channel growth initiatives across all channels, including our online business as a revenue channel as well as for land-and-expand opportunities
  • Identify and leverage the growth levers to grow the direct sales channels via net new sales, up-sells, and conversions from online-to-direct-sales
  • Establish the key metrics that will guide initiatives and investments
  • Optimize the trial process to enhance the customer experience and drive conversions
  • Oversee and evaluate campaign performance market-by-market, making adjustments to meet marketing strategy in changing market or competitive conditions
  • Work closely with all cross-functional team members to ensure consistent brand messaging, marketing and in-product communications, and cross-promotion optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Mix of B2C and B2B experience, with demonstrated success in managing high velocity online sales 
  • Expertise in freemium to premium go-to-market strategies and transactional selling via online channels
  • Knows funnel metrics insight and out — and key levers to move key KPIs
  • Keen ability to analyze and think strategically around audience segmentation, targeting, and conversions
  • Resourceful in capturing and analyzing the right data and gleaning the insights to inform strategic and tactical initiatives
  • Perseverance in directing projects to generate results
  • BS/BA or equivalent, MBA a plus
  • 10+ years of experience working with high-volume online sales as well as B2B direct sales
  • Ownership of revenue targets
  • Previous experience scaling a high growth company
  • Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, Big Query, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Segment
