We are a very small team and need a self-starter who can ramp quickly, and manage thousands of leads & opportunities. Most of all, you will be critical during this foundational stage of the company, and instrumental in making Faire the de-facto platform of choice for retailers to source products for their store.

Role Description:

We are looking for a Head of Account Management who will manage a team of account managers and be responsible for driving the growth and success of makers on the Faire platform. She/he will be responsible for setting goals for the team, managing and coaching team’s day to day, partnering cross-functionally to identify and implement strategies to drive share of wallet, and ensure continued retention and happiness of the makers on our platform.

You love developing relationships and leading and managing teams. In particular, you will be responsible for: 

  • Managing goals, roles and responsibilities and professional development for a team of account managers
  • Developing and implementing strategy to drive growth, retention and increased share of wallet for team’s book of business
  • Developing segmentation strategy and accompanying SLAs for ‘owned’ accounts
  • Driving up product adoption and engagement for team’s book of business
  • Overseeing compliance and auditing process to ensure accounts’ are upholding Faire’s terms of service
  • Partnering with product to develop out product roadmap and product marketing strategy to support and drive growth for maker accounts
  • Developing and measuring KPIs to measure success of accounts and internal team
  • Designing and evolving account management org to support company’s goals and growth
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to make makers successful (Design, Marketing, Customer Support, Product etc.)

  • You have 8-10 years of experience in sales/account management/business development/consulting
