Senior Director, Partnerships

Domino is used by sophisticated organizations who have models at the heart of their business. Often a strategic and competitive advantage, the revenue, efficiencies, or new products developed from those models can drive millions (or billions) of dollars in value.
As Partner Manager, you’re responsible for defining and scaling our partner program for consulting partners, systems integrators, and infrastructure partners. You will map how those organizations can use Domino with their customers, provide services directly to our customers, and develop domain-specific products and solutions to enhance Domino’s core offering. Our partner ecosystem is evolving quickly and you’ll provide the vision to scale this program as a differentiated revenue stream for our business.
Responsibilities
- Develop Domino’s partner programs for consulting, system integrators, and cloud infrastructure providers; build the foundation to scale partner programs globally
- Manage the relationships with new and existing partners; identify key stakeholders, business challenges, and why working with Domino is a win-win
- Formulate Joint Success Plans with partners; develop and track metrics to measure partner success
- Identify and build opportunities to deliver domain-specific partner solutions
- Work closely with sales and customer success to identify new partner opportunities and coordinate go-to-market activities.
- Deliver core integration and consulting services through our partner network; align Domino technical and GTM resources to make our partners successful and effectively position Domino as a data science thought-leader.
- Champion current and upcoming partnerships with executive staff and enhance visibility of partner programs across the Domino organization.
Qualifications
- Experience building and scaling a multi-faceted partner program globally, ideally consisting of consulting, SIs, and technical alliances, from $0 in revenue to $10M+
- Existing relationships with Top 10 consulting firms and global system integrators
- Enterprise software industry expertise, and experience with a sophisticated platform product;
- Deep cross-functional collaboration and program management experience to align Domino technical and GTM resources with new and existing partner initiatives.
