ROLE OVERVIEW

Filling one of our organization’s most critical leadership roles, you will lead Point’s home equity production and sales team. Your primary responsibility is to make sure Point meets its production goals and delivers an exceptional experience to homeowners. Consisting of b2c Account Coordinators, Account Managers, MLOs, and b2b Partner Managers, your teams ensure homeowners go from “potentially interested” to “happily funded.” 

From the moment a homeowner engages with one of our Account Managers or referral partners to the final signature on a homeowner’s agreement with Point, you and your team craft an experience across digital, phone and physical interactions that exceeds homeowners’ expectations. You make sure we are staffed and trained to meet aggressive production goals while identifying and delivering significant efficiency gains across all your teams.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage partnerships, sales, and production teams that lead the industry in their professionalism, product knowledge, commitment, and success
  • Working closely with your marketing and finance leaders, develop and implement plans to achieve aggressive growth and deliver significant efficiency gains
  • Fastidiously track metrics across your teams, identifying and prioritizing opportunities from data
  • Ensure your teams, and the organization as a whole, are aligned on the most significant KPIs/KRs with visibility into progress against these measures
  • As a manager of managers, promote by example a culture of transparency, accountability, and commitment to improvement
  • Develop, promote internally, and implement short, medium and long-term roadmaps across product, technology, and talent that will see the organization realize its full potential


REQUIREMENTS

  • 10 or more years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a senior B2C sales or B2C customer operations leadership role, ideally in the financial services industry
  • 2+ years of sales/customer operations budgeting and forecasting within a rapidly growing team/organization. P&L ownership experience preferred
  • Experience designing, implementing and administering compensation plans
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting, developing, managing, and retaining high-growth customer operations teams
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable defining required analysis for your BI partners and digging into the metrics yourself to measure performance and inform strategy/decisions 
  • Technically-savvy and curious with 5+ year of experience with CRMs, sales enablement and sales acceleration technologies
  • Comfortable breaking down complex processes that touch many teams and distilling them into their essential components
  • Proven ability to define, instrument, and maintain KPIs and other metrics that capture the impact of the team against the organization’s goals
  • Preference for candidates with personal loan and/or mortgage underwriting knowledge
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a history of effective cross-functional collaboration 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Point will top off California PFL earnings to full salary for up to eight weeks, as well as two weeks of fully paid leave to be available after exhaustion of CA PFL. An employee can take reasonable vacation time in addition to the California PFL leave.

Work From Home Stipends
With employees working remote through June 2021, Point will provide employees a $50 monthly cell phone stipend and a $50 monthly internet stipend. In addition, we will reimburse up to $150 to help you purchase supplies for your home office.

Currently with Covid, our offices are our homes, so we've got a variety of neighborhoods! Our office is centrally located off the PA Caltrain stop.
