Inbound Sales Development Representative
As an Inbound Sales Development Representative, you are in a unique position to assist Labelbox customers to build and operationalize AI technology.
We’re looking for an SDR who loves problem-solving and has a natural curiosity to learn and work with prospects to drive successful AI outcomes using Labelbox. You will be responsible for managing an inbound lead funnel, with leads coming from demo requests, content downloads, new account sign-ups, etc.
As a part of the marketing team but working closely with our sales team, you are not just helping someone use our app, you are collaborating with business and technical teams as they build pioneering technology, often the first of its kind for their industry.
Current Labelbox customers include American Family Insurance, Lytx, Airbus, Bayer, Keeptruckin and more. Labelbox is venture backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI-focused venture fund), Kleiner Perkins, and First Round Capital and has been featured in Tech Crunch, Web Summit and Forbes.
This role is available in San Francisco or remote in the United States.
The SDR Role
- Respond to inbound leads and develop existing inbound prospects into conversations and qualified sales opportunities
- Assist marketing in outreach for marketing campaigns, events, etc
- Qualify prospects/accounts through email, phone, Linkedin, etc
- Provide continuous feedback and insights into sales conversations
- Manage prospects, accounts, and opportunities in Salesforce
- Discover new leads within inbound accounts using prospecting tools
- Achieve organizational goals, monthly meeting quotas and, team objectives
The ideal candidate will
- Have 0-2 years experience in an inside sales role
- Be a self-starter and fast learner
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills
- Be extremely well organized
- Hold a Bachelors' Degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Salesforce and prospecting tools is a plus!
