We are looking for an experienced IT Solutions Architect who will engage with business stakeholders (Partner, Sales, Support, Product and Engineering) to understand their systems and integration needs, drill into the details to analyze complex processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements. You will be responsible for documenting architecture, solution design, systems configuration, testing, continuous improvement and ongoing support for Partner Integrations. To ensure we provides optimal service, you will be skilled at business processes along with a strong design and systems integrations background. This is a full-time position at RingCentral’s Belmont Campus.
Responsibilities:
Architect and lead development efforts for partner integration platform with emphasis on data exchange with SFDC
Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identifies potential solutions and presents to both Business and IT stakeholders
Work closely with Vendors, Implementation Partners, other Architects, Developers and Business Units to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Design integrations to share data from SFDC via REST API, Message Queues using AWS platform
Lead design to exchange transactional, reporting data with internal and external partners via partner integration platform
Guide and support development team as needed
Turn business problems into technical solutions and help influence the direction of data integration between SFDC and other internal/external systems
Lead discovery sessions to create solution design and strategy for Partner programs
Acts as the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
Basic Qualifications:
7+ years of hands on experience in software development
5+ years of hands on experience building integrations between SFDC and various SaaS systems and/or data stores using AWS services or other integration middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend etc.
Bachelor of Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering Bachelors/Master’s degree
Experience creating techno-functional documents like business process workflows, data flow diagrams, ER diagrams, technical/functional design documents etc.
Must be a self-starter, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) with both technical and non-technical parties.
Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identifies potential solutions and presents to both Business and IT stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with software development
Experience in Salesforce platform development along with building integrations to connect
Expertise in exposing data in SFDC via REST APIs and/or middleware tools like MuleSoft, Boomi, Talend etc. with best integration design techniques
Broad knowledge of the AWS cloud technology ecosystem and related products- MSK, SQS, Lambda etc.
Expertise in one or more of these technology areas: Containers, serverless, Message Queues, Kafka
Passion for a broad set of technologies related to the cloud ecosystem
Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
Experience analyzing business process workflows and design technical solutions
