Manager, Agent Success (Remote - US)

The Agent Success - Manager will be responsible for effectively leading a team of Agent Success Associates who manage our partnerships with real estate agents to help them become Divvy experts and grow their businesses. Our partnerships with real estate agents and brokers have proven to be a critical customer acquisition channel for Divvy. You will be joining a passionate, motivated group of people on the growing Partnerships Team within the Marketing & Sales organization, working together to determine how we can best serve our partners’ needs at scale and utilize creative growth strategies to build our brand and partner base.
Disclaimer: This is not a standard Customer Success Manager or Sales Manager role and we are not looking for someone who is used to executing established playbooks. Instead, we’re looking for a true athlete – a flexible, open-minded leader who can successfully motivate and manage a team of Agent Success Associates, use data and reason to act on tactical and strategic decisions that improve the team's effectiveness and create structures that drive the strategy and motion of the team going forward to meet the team’s goals.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and develop the team that owns agent relationships, with an end-goal of improving agent homes closed and retention
- Collaborate within the Partnerships and Sales and Marketing teams to test, iterate on, and scale-out agent engagement strategies
- Work cross-functionally with the sales, operations, product, and engineering teams

We think you’ll be great for this role if you're:
- 5+ years of work experience, with at least 2 years of previous experience in a client-facing role, and preferably some experience successfully managing a sales team or growth-oriented customer success team
- Familiar with how to establish, implement, and coach toward repeatable and scalable sales processes that are proven to work
- Self-starter with exceptional problem-solving skills
- The ability to structure clear approaches in the face of ambiguity to test, iterate, and implement solutions
- Real estate experience is a plus!
