As Manager, Technical Account Management you will lead the Technical Account Managers who support our enterprise customers. Your primary responsibility will be to build, support, and enable your team so they may in turn ensure the success of our enterprise customers.

  • You have experience supporting a technical buyer and end user.

Bonus points

  • You have a background in monitoring, observability, or Application Performance Management (APM).
  • You are familiar with any of the following: microservices, distributed tracing, proxies / service meshes (Envoy, HAProxy, Linkerd), cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containers (Kubernetes, Docker).
