YOUR MISSION
Onboarding is a pivotal moment in the employee life cycle and represents one of the biggest opportunities for people to adopt values and shift their behaviors. The Onboarding Sales Enablement Specialist will be responsible for training, implementing, evolving and evaluating a foundational and role specific onboarding program for new talent joining the Go to Market Organization at MURAL. This individual will partner with go-to-market teams to build a program that ensures our newest team members are set up for success, with a constant focus on decreasing our time to ramp. Given the pace of growth, ramping high performing talent is an important strategic initiative for the years ahead. We are seeking a candidate for this role who is equally as passionate about training and onboarding.
This role is highly collaborative, and the successful candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing a diverse set of responsibilities.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- A strong sense of passion and ownership for the work you do and experiences you create
- Polished and enthusiastic facilitator, both live and virtual
- Knowledge of adult learning principles
- Organizational, coordination, planning, and project management skills
- Experience with direct mentorship, training, or leadership is strongly desired
In this role you will:
- Own the training program for MURAL’s Sales roles
- Design onboarding content for each learning track to achieve new hire mastery of each role’s specific competencies
- Facilitate a virtual onboarding program - combination of live and self-service programs
- Create a reinforcement strategy to ensure application and retention of core onboarding concepts
- Share trends with the leadership team on pace of ramp, average pipeline, time to first deal, etc.
- Update the new hire programming regularly based on the evolving needs of the business
