General Purpose:
- Responsible for a team of dedicated customer advisors that will provide pre-sales advice, leading up to conversions, via chat, telephone, and other channels.
- Increase direct-to-consumer sales, while building a genuine relationship with customers of Corsair, leading to increased loyalty.
- Create sales scripts for every product category, in cooperation with product management.
- Create direct-to-consumer sales strategies, as well as drive sales campaigns and promotions, working together with the e-Commerce team.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS preferred, or combination of education & work experience
- More than three years of e-Commerce experience, preferably in the computer/consumer electronics/gaming markets
- Experience with digital marketing and online sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Prior team leadership and coaching experience
