The Partner Enablement Manager is part of the Global Digital Learning & Enablement team. This is a trainer + eLearning enablement position responsible for designing, updating, and delivering a new partner onboarding program for net new global strategic partners and global service providers that will sell the RingCentral product offering. The international strategic partners will sell the RingCentral product in the market alongside RingCentral direct sales and require a thorough and aligned onboarding that is culturally relevant to ensure cohesiveness in GTM. The new partner onboarding program will prepare international employees at our new strategic partners to sell and deliver the RingCentral product (sales & post-sales).
The Partner Enablement Manager will be responsible for delivering a scalable & repeatable onboarding offering used to ramp up our ongoing flow of new global strategic partners and new global service providers. In this role you will deliver live training sessions internationally for new partners covering things like product, selling skills, competitive, and process while also updating and enhancing the supplemental eLearning content package(s). In this position, the Partner Enablement Manager will interact with internal RingCentral departments to aggregate, organize and update existing training content to effectively ramp up new partners.
The right candidate will be an experienced instructional and process content designer, who’s also able to deliver virtual training sessions. This role will focus primarily on the development of webinar content, short instructional videos, and process documentation/videos and requires that you are bilingual in English + French and/or English + Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Ongoing delivery of international partner onboarding live training sessions & webinars as we bring on new strategic partners & global service provider partners.
Creation and maintenance of learning programs (eLearning and live) for the partner onboarding program. For example, slide presentations, videos, ILT, VILT, and Certifications specifically for sales & customer support.
Cross-functional collaboration (sales, product marketing, customer success, professional services, customer care, and other key subject matter experts) to obtain and reuse existing learning content for both eLearning and live
Understand and effectively teach the RingCentral product, process, competitive, & sales methodology
Manage the partner onboarding program logistics in a scalable and repeatable way (eg: webinar landing pages, communications, training invites, eLearning content folders) while accommodating for cultural and global requirements.
Collaborate with sales enablement & sales leadership to align the onboarding program to the needs of the business and the differentiated needs of each partner as required
Ongoing evolution and enhancement of the onboarding program along with problem-solving and scaling of the program as the company expands partnerships
Delivering training programs in French and/or Spanish for other partner enablement initiatives as needed.
Measure your learning programs for effectiveness
Drive training projects to completion within agreed upon timeframes.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate will have a background in training methodologies & teaching/training experience.
Bilingual in English + French and/or English + Spanish is required
A minimum of 3 years of experience designing training programs and delivery functions (e.g. Sales or Customer Support Trainer, Training Designer or Developer, Instructional Designer or Developer) is strongly preferred.
Instructional video production experience is strongly preferred.
Willingness to travel (post COVID) up to 30%
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite; specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere or Adobe Captivate experience is a preferred, but not required.

Bachelors degree, continued training and education preferred

If you are hired in Colorado, the compensation range for this position is between $88,000 and $132,000 for full-time employees, in addition to eligibility for variable pay, equity, and benefits. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, health and wellness, 401k, ESPP, vacation, parental leave, and more! The salary may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
