Rescale accelerates engineering breakthroughs with a multi-cloud automation & performance orchestration platform, enabling key business outcomes: 1) Faster time to market for new products that require engineering & simulation, with workflow automation, secure multi-team collaboration, and performance optimization. 2) Full HPC technology stack automation, including lifecycle automation of simulation software & license management (catalog of 300+ ISV and open-source simulation tools), and always current integration with the latest HPC infrastructures from all major cloud providers. 3) Complete economic visibility, cost control, and optimization of HPC services across projects and teams running on multi-cloud infrastructures. 

We are seeking a Partner Manager to develop and build alliances with ISV partners to achieve tighter product integrations and deeper GTM for Rescale. The Partner Manager represents Rescale to the ISV partners, communicates our strategy, sells our vision, and influences partners to work together to bring best of breed Resale solutions to their customer base. You will be part of establishing a rockstar foundational team that will develop our ISV ecosystem.

Key Deliverables:

  • You will set up partner acquisition model for new partnerships pre- and post-sale to build awareness and refine pipeline execution with these partners
  • You will partner closely with Platform GTM leadership to both understand priority verticals and shape future priorities
  • You will co-lead solution definition on specific platform opportunities by identifying customer pain points, mapping to partner ISV solutions, and making appropriate ISV partner introductions. Support Sales and Solutions Consulting as opportunities progress.
  • You will execute on joint marketing activities in coordination with the greater Alliances team and overall GTM organization
  • You will create a rhythm of reporting and communications to keep team members well informed and engaged in important decisions

Key Qualifications include:

  • Proven, tangible results working with enterprise software companies (SaaS experience highly preferred)
  • Knowledge of how software ecosystems are build
  • Ability to communicate product components/capabilities in both significant technical detail, as well as to someone non-technical
  • Ability to work in an environment where you want to partner with someone who is also a potential competitor
  • Demonstrated experience executing GTM in a resource-constrained environment
  • Proven success in prioritizing many projects in a dynamic and energetic environment

  • You will be reporting to the Director of Alliances/Business Development, and develop our ISV ecosystem in tandem
  • There is remote flexibility for this role, though we’d prefer you to be onsite in the San Francisco HQ
