Hinge Health has many existing partnerships in place with various US health plans, including the Blues and a few national players. Partnerships Directors manage the full cycle of partnership implementation with each of these plans including partnership scoping, contracting, data exchange, sales training & collaboration, and client implementation & account management setup. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for supporting successful health plan partnerships through data integration, sales training, and shared marketing between Hinge Health and the partner.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH

• Work on high visibility team within a high growth company
• Tackle complex problems that improve delivery of a highly sought after digital health solution
• Strengthen strategic account and project management skills
• Support ongoing planning and execution of core partner activities, for example:Health plan implementation and ongoing account management (e.g., check-in calls, data and other special requests, pipeline & outcomes reporting)
