What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain business relationships with multifamily decision-makers in order to meet and exceed a monthly sales quota
  • Connect with leasing consultants, property managers, regional managers, asset managers, or marketing directors for cold calls, in-person visits, and scheduled demonstrations
  • Understand that this is a transactional sale with flexibility to sign up several buildings up to full portfolios in stages
  • Attend various industry conferences and provide expertise and guidance to your local multifamily network
  • Build actionable sales plans with your direct manager to create a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities and develop creative strategies to close deals
  • Travel to your assigned territory (40-50% of the time) and complete calls/emails from your own home; use of personal car would be helpful but is not required

 

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 3 years selling a B2B solution, ILS/tech solution preferred
  • Ideally experienced in multifamily but by no means is this a requirement to succeed in the role as full training is provided
  • Adept at selling in-person as well as over the phone or video conference
  • An excellent communicator - written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Skilled at organization and time management with a strong customer service orientation
  • Committed to continuous improvement and personal development
  • Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce, Slack
