Regional Sales Director - Northeast
Zumper is on a mission to make renting an apartment as easy as booking a hotel. What You'll Do
- Spend 1:1 time with Regional Account Executives mentorship and guiding sales standard methodologies
- Effective pipeline management to ensure RAE’s are progressing deals through the pipeline
- Coaching to RAE’s to hit assigned metrics of cold calls, sales presentations, pipeline creation
- Ensure region is pacing to hit revenue targets through effective RAE management
- Recruit, hire, develop and train new RAE’s
- Roll up your sleeves and jumping in the trenches. Cold calling, running sales presentations, attending networking events with RAE’s to lead the way
- Work with your peers to share and develop best practices across the entire sales org
- Provide upward feedback to HQ based on field takeaways
Who You Are
- Minimum of 4-years consistent track record leading a sales team
- Experience recruiting and hiring sales professionals
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Salesforce proficient
- Ability to work remote and lead a remote team
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Multifamily sales experience preferred but not required
