Renewals Manager, Strategic Accounts
Our rapidly expanding company is currently seeking an experienced Strategic Renewal Manager to join our team. In this position, this person will be responsible for supporting Global SaaS contract renewals. We are looking for someone who can partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success and Operations to optimize the renewal process, retain and grow existing customer relationships and provide a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process to secure recurring revenues for Strategic Accounts
- Plan, develop and implement sales strategies to streamline existing customer contracts
- Negotiate standard terms and conditions favorable to the company
- Provide timely contract/documentation administration 90 days prior to renewal date
- Partner with the Sales teams to ensure proper customer communication and account strategy
- Achieve 90%+ Renewal Retention Rate
- Drive incremental sales by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base
- Utilize Salesforce.com for all tracking and renewal management processes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- 4+ years Sales/Account Management experience
- 2+ year relevant renewal management experience
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Strong documentation skills
- Experience working in a startup environment a plus
- Hospitality / Revenue Management experience is a plus
