Faire is revolutionizing wholesale and helping local retailers and their suppliers be relevant and successful in a technology enabled era.

We are a very small team and need a self-starter who can ramp quickly, and manage thousands of leads & opportunities. Most of all, you will be critical during this foundational stage of the company, and instrumental in making Faire the de-facto platform of choice for retailers to source products for their store.

As Faire’s Retailer Account Executive You Will:

  • Own the entire sales process from identifying the right retailers to add to the platform to managing your leads enrichment process, to reaching out and getting them to utilize Faire as their one-stop shop for buying.
  • Manage a pipeline of hundreds of retailers a week
  • Build lifelong relationships with the shop owners who are reviving their local communities through retail
  • Iterate on our value props, processes, tactics and sales strategy
  • Collaborate with our Maker Sales and Account Management Teams to identify supply gaps and reach out to referred Makers
  • Collaborate with our product and data science teams to understand the types of retailers who perform best on Faire and unlock greater share of wallet from these retailers
  • Act as the voice of the customer to provide feedback and help shape our product roadmap

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of tech sales experience
  • Experience running sales funnels
  • Passion and empathy for artisans and Makers (you consider going to craft fairs and visiting our retailers to see what products sell fun and not a chore)
  • Hunger for a fast-paced environment with constant change
  • Mastery of Salesforce a must, experience with SalesLoft (or similar tool) a plus
