RollWorks Account Manager - Future Opportunity
RollWorks, is seeking an Account Manager for our growing team located in either our New York, San Francisco or Salt Lake City office. RollWorks is a B2B Account Based Platform designed to enable better sales and marketing alignment through helping customers identify & prioritize the right accounts, engage these audiences with targeted advertising and then effectively measure success.
In this role, you will be instrumental in providing value to our customers, and therefore integral to growing our business. You are someone who enjoys building new relationships, is collaborative and has the commitment to being a self-starter. You will be working with industry leaders with vision and surrounded by intelligent and friendly people who are passionate about taking on new challenges together and building our fast growing brand to be the leader in the Account Based space.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of ~25 existing RollWorks customers
- Focus on renewing customers within your portfolio and on revenue growth through cross sell & upsell.
- Actively build relationships with B2B customers at all levels of the organization (via email, phone, in-person)
- Provide consultative and strategic marketing guidance for customers to help develop & execute an effective Account Based Strategy.
- Work closely with support teams across Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Teams, Product and Product Success teams to drive new product adoption and optimize existing programs.
- Communicate new product features to customers to further help them develop & grow with the RollWorks platform.
- Liaison between internal product team and external customers to recommend new product features
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of successful technology sales experience, preferably with exposure to SaaS & advertising technologies.
- Proven track record of success in customer facing role
- Proven ability to achieve a quarterly managed business quota
- Very strong analytical and reporting skills
- Knowledge of the latest trends associated with online marketing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working with and selling to customers in person
- Strong understanding of the ad-tech and B2B mar-tech space
- Experience working in a dynamic, high energy sales culture
