About the role

Enablement at Envoy is responsible for equipping customer-facing teams with the knowledge, tools and process to succeed. 

As the sales and success team scales, we’re growing our enablement team to keep up! If you think supporting and improving onboarding and training programs for our customer facing teams (sales, support and customer success) sounds exciting, we want to talk with you. In this role you’ll help to make sure the sales and success team is prepared to meet the demands of business in hypergrowth from day one and beyond.

You will

  • Coordinate onboarding for the customer-facing teams
  • Maintain process documentation to ensure everything is kept up to date 
  • Create content that reflects Envoy’s brand, culture, and message
  • Keep the teams informed about new processes, operational updates, and best practices
  • Identify and execute new training initiatives based on the team’s needs 
  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales & support, and product teams

You have

  • 1-3 years experience in an office environment, preferably in a customer facing role 
  • A passion for motivating and helping people learn and improve 
  • An excitement about working on cross-functional projects and juggling multiple priorities at once 
  • The ability to communicate with diverse audiences in different ways (email, meetings, presentations, etc.) 
  • Previous enablement or experience onboarding and training teams is a huge plus
