As a Compensation Analyst you will be assisting the ACS Sales Commission Team Lead complete day-to-day duties and tasks for the department. We are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual who has a proven capability of prioritizing multiple responsibilities while meeting strict goals and deadlines. You must have strong communication and analytical skills, a drive for detail and accuracy, be team oriented, have confidence in collaborating with colleagues at all organizational levels and have the desire to learn about the world of Sales Compensation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational support to the ACS Sales Commission Dept. by administering commission calculations for Sales Compensation Plans within the compensation system Xactly-Incent
  • Assist in preparing North America & International compensation payment files for submission to Payroll each month in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Assist in tracking, researching, communicating and resolving commission calculation-related inquiries and disputes with the Sales team
  • Assist in the creation of various analytical reports and requests from Management and the Sales team related to compensation and quota performance
  • Track and report on the status of plan acceptance to ensure compliance and timeliness
  • Continuous learning and education on how to become an expert Xactly-Incent administrator

Minimum Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Incentive Compensation tools (Xactly-Incent a plus)
